On the Costa Tropical, not far from the coastal village of Salobreña, you will find Finca Tropical.

Finca Tropical is a 1 ha tropical farm which consists of avocados, passion fruit and citrus caviar. All in

full production resulting in a decent income!

Due to its exceptional location, in one of the best irrigation areas of Andalucia, Finca Tropical has an

abundance of fresh water supply, straight from the mountains (contracted from the Comunidad de

Regantes).

Irrigation and fertilization is done through a recently installed fully automated system located in a

separate building.

The cozy house consists of a living room and kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Airconditioning

(cooling and heating) is installed in both the living room and bedroom.

There is an excellent mobile network coverage on the entire finca. This makes working from home

and video conferencing no problem at all!

All required electrical power is generated by solar panels. The top quality system (Victron) powers

the finca systems and the house (including dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioners, etc. ) Due

to the big amount of panels and a huge battery (Lithium), there is always more than enough energy.

This means that Finca Tropical is fully Off Grid (not connected to the public grid) and there is no

monthly electricity bill at all and one can live at Finca Tropical totally independently.
